BMES Evening for the Arts

On behalf of the students and staff at Black Mountain Elementary School,
the PTO would like to THANK YOU for your generous gifts in support of our school.
We are proud to be from a loving community that pulled together
​to make this such a successful event.  


We are committed to preparing our students for the global stage through advanced academic programs and extended fine arts opportunities in a public school setting. 
This event will serve as the primary fundraiser for the BMES Arts Programs: Dance, Drama, Art & Music - ensuring that future Bobcats will have the opportunity to learn and grow through the arts.

Bidding Process - NEW THIS YEAR! 
The silent auction items are available to everyone via mobile bidding ONLY - you do not have to attend the event to win. In order to bid, you must registered with School Auction by clicking here. 

In order to be eligible for the raffle prizes including the Las Vegas Grand Prize and live auction items, you must attend the event. Buy tickets here. The check out process will be quick and automated at the end of the evening. Credit cards, checks, and cash accepted.

Why is a fundraiser necessary?


​Each year our PTO oversees many efforts in order to raise the monies needed to support programs that would otherwise not be possible within the school budget.  This special event is to ensure funding for our extremely successful Arts Program, specifically our Dance and Drama programs. Every student at Black Mountain Elementary school participates in both programs as well as; art, band, and music. 

We would like to invite you to support this important cause by purchasing your Event Tickets or by providing a Sponsorship and/or Donation for this special fundraising event.

Volunteer Opportunities:
  • Please consider signing up: Fundraising Committee - VOLUNTEER - We could use 3-5 volunteers to help gather items leading up to the event. We have the emails drafted and the letters printed, we just need help reaching out to local businesses. 
Silent Auction Baskets:
  • This year, we are asking for the help and generosity of our Bobcat Nation to build some A-MA-ZING baskets for the silent auction. Please see the list of our desired themes below and see if you can help provide one or more items to build them out!  >> Silent Auction Baskets >>All items should be brought to the front office labeled "Gala Basket" before March 22nd.
